Working through local churches and other strategic contacts, we will provide your team with a cutting edge, life changing short term mission trip here in Lake Chapala, Mexico. We have a qualified staff with many years of hands on experience who live and work on location in Chapala long term, dedicated to leading and hosting teams in cross-cultural missions. We operate a community service center in one of the neediest barrios in the area, reaching out to single moms and working in partnership with a large orphanage with over 60 children. Bring your team for a missionary trip that will change their life! We need your help. Short term outreach teams have been a catalyst for blessing and fruitfulness here in Chapala, and we need more teams. We offer a safe, affordable mission trip to Mexico. OUR PHILOSOPHY
An Eagle Nest outreach is usually 1-2 weeks in length, but can be longer if you wish. There are many opportunities for serving the poor & needy: meaningful work projects, ministry to children, food and clothing distribution, fiesta’s in the park, open air evangelism, Vacation Bible School and more. All housing, meals, local transportation, ministry set-up, translators and support staff is included–as well as a professionally edited photo CD containing hundreds of action shots! We will customize your outreach to fit the gift mix and vision of your team. The cost is only $50 per person per day or $40 per day per person for teams of 10 or more.
You decide how many days you want to come. A $25 non-refundable registration fee locks in your dates with us.

We recognize that each group is unique and it is our passion to champion your team! Our goal is to put you on the cutting edge by customizing your missionary trip so that it is specifically suited to the meet needs of your group. We have opportunities for long term relationship and on-going ministry contact and partnership. We believe in the “two hands of the Gospel.” St. Francis of Assisi said “Preach the gospel at all times. If necessary use words.” Some teams want to simply come and serve, others are interested evangelistic proclamation. Some desire both. We will work with you to develop and outreach that fits the vision and gifts of your team.
Missions In Mexico
Orphanage work (including neglected and abused children) is a year-round focus of our ministry in Chapala, but whether you are more interested in VBS, serving, construction, open air ministry, seminars or friendship evangelism, we will work with you to get the right mix for your team.
Seeing young people (and the young at heart) engage in missions is a passion we have fostered for nearly a quarter of a century. Every short term missions trip could and should serve as a catalyst for life change! God uses short term teams to break up the ground, sow the seeds, and provide the inspiration and energy local ministries so desperately need to blossom. But on the process, the one who “goes” to another culture experiences the same process on the inside. The heart breaks, opens up and softens. Seeds are sown through new experiences, interesting people and time spent hanging with the team. The participant returns home with a stronger faith and a bigger heart. Blessed to be a blessing!
